Conference Registration

ASFPM Individual Members registering as an individual should log in to the ASFPM Members Site to process the Conference Registration online.

All Non-members and those submitting exhibitor, sponsor, speaker, or presenter registrations should download the ASFPM_2013_Reg_Form_Fillable.pdf and follow the instructions to submit.

The registration fee includes admission to the Sunday Welcome Fest, the Monday through Thursday conference program, exhibits, early bird sessions, Tuesday and Thursday luncheons, Tuesday and Thursday evening events, refreshment breaks, conference materials, participants list, a reserved electronic copy of the conference proceedings, and one supplemental training opportunity (choice of one workshop or one technical field tour).

Cancellation Policy: If your plans change and you cannot attend, written notice must be provided to the ASFPM Executive Office. Avoid the cancellation service charge by sending a substitute from your organization or choose to credit your paid registration fee to next year’s conference! Otherwise, cancellations postmarked up to 5/30/13 will be assessed a $75 service charge. No refunds will be made after 5/30/13. All registrations received by ASFPM are subject to the cancellation policy regardless of payment status. “No shows” will be charged the full amount. No refunds can be made for unused events (workshops, tours, etc.). This policy applies to all affiliated pre- and post-conference activities. Notice to All Exhibitors, Registrants, Instructors, Speakers, and Guests.  By attending this ASFPM Conference, you are advised and agree that you may be photographed and/or electronically recorded during this conference.  Accordingly, you hereby consent to ASFPM’s use and distribution of your name and likeness for instructional or promotional purposes without compensation by or liability to ASFPM.
